"I have been visiting and spending most of my time in Pine Grove for the past few years. I've really enjoyed the balance of privacy and social opportunities that come with condo living.

Knowing that this beautiful estate is going enbloc it somehow or rather make me feel a sense of lost. The Pine Grove condo has a lot of shortcomings, that's for sure. It's not close to the MRT, the dated exterior, and its facilities are lacking to support the number of units. But its strengths of land and space are so evident that it outweighs all the shortcomings easily.

Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, Pine Grove strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility. The condo boasts a range of amenities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. From the inviting swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens to the well-equipped gym and tennis courts, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The management team is proactive and responsive to residents' needs, ensuring that the condo is well-maintained and secure at all times. The community at Pine Grove is friendly and inclusive, fostering a sense of belonging among residents. Social events and gatherings organized by the management further strengthen community bonds.

Overall, Pine Grove has offered me a great blend of comfort and community making these years truly memorable."
